At this time, the providers listed are only those that we can verify have performed one of the shoppable services we have listed.
This verification is based on Medicare fee-for-service data. We would invite you to contact us to be listed in the MyMedVita Marketplace.
Yes, please complete this brief form listing the total allowed charge (total price coming to you) you would like by CPT4 code.
At present, we only list the 70 services most commonly used as identified by CMS. We are adding additional codes as we expand. We are considering adding a custom price for non-CPT-4 services or care bundles if they are clearly defined by the provider. For example, if a provider wants to list a price for concierge medicine (e.g., patients pay a monthly or annual fee to their primary care physician in exchange for more personalized care), we would be open to consider listing that as a custom service in the Marketplace.
Please fill out this form to indicate your interest.
The source data is updated monthly. The MyMedVita Marketplace is currently being updated on a quarterly basis. You have the option of updating your price directly through this MyMedVita form.
The federal Transparency in Coverage rule (TiC) (https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2020/11/12/2020-24591/transparency-in-coverage) requires insurers to submit their negotiated price information publicly without permission of medical providers. MyMedVita Marketplace is using information in the public domain made available by the rule.
Yes. We apologize for any inaccuracy. The data we use comes from a national plan. Please complete the attached form to request an update in your contact information. Feel free to include additional information such as your email address or web site.
The federal Transparency in Coverage rule (TiC) only provides access to the insurer CPT-4 price data, not medication prices.
Not at this time. We are exploring what might be the best options but want to be respectful of providers’ time and not add one more technology to use that gets in the way of patient care. We hope the phone number contact information will suffice for now. If you can suggest a better approach, please leave us a comment at support@mymedvita.com.
Not at this time. We are curious what the demand for this service would be from providers. It is something we have considered in future versions of MyMedVita Marketplace if it is found to be of value to providers and patients. If interested, please leave us a comment at support@mymedvita.com.
Please reach us at support@mymedvita.com you cannot find an answer to your question.
